How do I learn this type of information on my own?

Do you ever invest money in your clients?

No. We do not invest equity into our clients. We are consultants, not investors. We partner our clients and we may at times, partner with investors and investment firms.

How do you price your services?

Generally, we do not have pre-determined fixed fees. Questionnaires is what helps the EDU staff determine the fees accrued. Simply, the scope of the project, in terms of the tasks and documents you require help with.

• The sophistication and specific needs of your target audience.

• The quality of your existing materials, to include business plans, financial forecasts, market research, competitive research, trusts, wills, codicils, contracts, etc.

• Clear and concise envisioning for protection of your assets legally and ethically. Constructing your business model, marketing, distribution strategy, operating models, long term financial goals, etc.

• The complexity of your industry and business models, financial plans, and business goals.

• The desired timing relative to our workload. In general, “rush” jobs will carry a substantial premium over projects that can be completed as our schedule permits.

Because of these factors, the fees for a typical advisor, consisting of the preparation has not particular start or end. If a wealth premier-grade manager handles businesses, personal and business credit, advises financials analyzed, and partnership and investor presentations, these can range from a few thousand dollars to several tens of thousands of dollars.
